Cancellation Policy
At Hands Of A Goddess Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure that every client receives the best possible service and appointment availability, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to our POLICY outlined below.
Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure ALL appointments , deposit can be sent via website, Cashapp ($HOAGbeautybar1) or Zelle
-Deposits will be applied toward your total service balance at the time of your appointment.
-Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be released to other clients.
-Remainder balance can be paid via cash, card, Zelle, cashapp.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
-If you wish to reschedule with proper notice (24+ hours in advance), your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment within 24 hours, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
-Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total and will lose their deposit.
-After two no-shows, a prepayment of the full service amount will be required to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
-Please arrive on time for your appointment.
-Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
-We will do our best to accommodate you, but to respect other clients’ appointments, services may be shortened if you are late.
Refund Policy
-All deposits and service payments are non-refundable.
-If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concern.
